Not here yet
Here's a whizbang good idea. When the part is so small it could fit in a cottage cheese container, maybe just mail it through the postal service. I haven't seen the cartridge yet. Probably buried in a snowbank somewhere.

Great Service
I emailed a photo of my Chicago faucet to find out what replacement cartridge to use. Andrew replied promptly. I then ordered the cartridge and received it right away. It didn't match the one I had so I emailed back and got confirmation that it was the correct one, just a bit different. Installation was easy--leak fixed!
