Correct part, long to receive, damaged packaging
I am aware that not every part is in stock, so that is why I emailed asking if this part was physically in stock, and I was told it was. However, after ordering, no shipping activity, I emailed why the delay. As suspected from my first email, not physically in stock, had to order from manufacturer, then ship out. I am a retailer and my competitors boast about all the product they sell online, but they don't have all that inventory physically. Having true stock levels on your website that display "available now" or "from vendor", consumers know that it will be delayed if ordering from vendors first. Also, this manufacturer packaging was not designed for shipping, the box showed up crushed. The thin chrome rod (which is intended to have a 20 degree bend) did arrive with some other bends from handling, luckily the rod was not damaged or crimped beyond repair. I suggest packing in a stronger cardboard box to avoid damage. As for the part, received what I needed to complete the job.
