The product doesn't work well but the staff at Chicago did try to help. Once the possible faults on our end were eliminated however and the only remaining option was a defective part, all communication ended and I am still waiting several weeks on to get a determination of what can be done. This review is not so much about the product as the post purchase service.

Your Rep was very helpful with product info, and answering all of my questions! This part was hard to find, as the maker has discontinued the entire line of products. Very glad I called you kind folks.
