Customer Loyalty is punished not rewarded
As a repeat customer, I inquired for help with replacing a part for my Dornbracht Kitchen faucet. Unlike previous interactions with Chicago Faucet, this time it took much longer to get a reply from customer service. And, when Customer Service did reply they repeated questions and did not review thoroughly the information and photos I submitted. The replies from Customer Service were truncated and bordered on disrespectful. Then, when there was an issue with the part supplied (as a result of information provided by Dornbracht) Customer Service made not attempt to retain my business or show any interest in resolving the issue. Instead, Customer Service dictated I would be charged 25% restocking fee for the return of the part. I have now learned why I should buy from Amazon and not Chicago Faucet in the future because the people at Amazon actually care about retaining me as a customer.
