My item was never delivered when I Look up the package the tracking says it's stuck Newark NJ. and hasn't moved since my customer is threatening to cancel id we don't get it soon

Not one supplier in Connecticut had one of these.  The shower/tub control was sold by a "Big Box" Building supply store in my town and throughout the Northeast.  They don't support the equipment any more.
Chicago Faucet has them in stock.
