I had a detailed conversation with the person who placed my order about the fact that I was ordering a trip lever for a toilet it is an older Eljer toilet and I got a part number from American standard and was referred to Chicago faucet by them. I received some sort of faucet valve in the mail that was completely incompatible with what I was trying to do. I was able to submit it for a full refund, but I was told to send an email about getting the correct part and no one ever answered that email. I will not do business with this company again

I was happy to locate (hard to find) item, original part @ fair price and reasonable shipping.
