Product Availability
- For item availability, please call us at 773-267-1755. Most items on our site do not show their current stock. Google may indicate that an item is “in stock,” but this is not always accurate. To be sure, please call or email us before placing your order.
- Items marked "Usually in-stock. Ships same business day" are regularly stocked and typically ship same business day. Inventory may vary due to demand. See Shipping below for cutoff times and details.

Payment
- Your credit card is charged at the time of order placement to secure inventory.
- We offer Klarna as a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option. Klarna is a third-party financing provider. Approval and repayment terms are handled directly by Klarna.
- For Klarna payment plan changes, late payments, or account questions, customers must contact Klarna Support directly.
Cancellations
- Please call our team to cancel an order. If your order has already shipped from our supplier(s), it is unfortunately non-cancelable.
Shipping
- Products marked “Usually in-stock. Ships same business day” typically ship the same business day if ordered by 2 PM (CST), Monday-Friday. This label is reserved for products we regularly stock and can fulfill quickly. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. For urgent needs, we recommend confirming availability before placing your order.
- All other in-stock items ship within 3 business days.
- Out-of-stock items ship within 10-15 business days.
- All orders ship complete. We can split-ship for an additional fee.
- No refunds for carrier transit delays.
- For Canada, FedEx shipping does not include additional fees.
- International shipping rates exclude additional fees, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, crating fees, weight restrictions, or porcelain items. The customer is responsible for any customs charges for importing the goods into their country.
- Lost packages have specific procedures (FedEx and UPS) outlined below.
Lost Packages
- Contact us if your package hasn't been scanned for 2 business days.
- If your package has been delivered but isn't in your possession, check with your neighbors first.
Undeliverable Packages
- Refused or undeliverable packages have a $10 return handling fee and a re-shipping fee.
Faucets
- Return unused faucets in their original packaging within 30 days.
- Email us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
- A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply.
All Parts Are Final Sale
- Check with us first before ordering any non-returnable parts.
Order Status & Tracking
- Awaiting Fulfillment - We’ve received your order and are processing it. You’ll receive an update within 48 business hours with more details.
- Awaiting Shipment - If in stock, your order usually ships within 3 business days. Items marked "Usually in-stock. Ships same business day" typically ship same day if ordered by 2PM CST (M-F). If out of stock, your order will usually ship within 10-15 business days. Have questions? Give us a call—we're happy to help!
- Shipped - Your order is on its way! A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout—be sure to check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case)!
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Special order items and non-returnable parts are final sale and cannot be returned.
- To begin a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end or a manufacturer's defect, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you. For other approved returns, we can provide a return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
- Refunds take 5-7 business days.
- Refund checks will be issued at our discretion
- Refunds for Klarna purchases are issued to Klarna. Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly.
Chargebacks
- All orders receive a confirmation email with tracking details—please check your inbox and spam folder before disputing a charge. For any issues, contact us first—we’re real people happy to help! Most issues can be resolved quickly.
- For orders placed using Klarna, payment disputes are handled directly through Klarna. We're happy to help with order, shipping, or return questions.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may delay refunds and impact future purchases. Please review our return policy or contact our team for resolution before filing a dispute.
Replaced Items
- If your part is no longer available and is replaced by a new item, we will notify you.
Missing Items
- Report missing items within 72 hours of delivery.
Defective Products
- Email us photos or videos of the defect, along with the order number, to report it within 1 week of delivery.
Warranties
- Email us for warranty claims. We'll guide you in the right direction.
Additional Info
- Orders over $100 may require a FedEx signature.
- Large items or quantities may incur additional shipping fees.
- International orders are not eligible for "Free Shipping."
