 Product Availability 

  • For item availability, please call us at 773-267-1755. Most items on our site do not show their current stock. Google may indicate the item is “in-stock” but this is not always true. To be sure, please call or email us before placing your order.

 Payment 

  • Your credit card will get charged upon order placement.

 Cancellations 

  • Please call our team to cancel an order. If your order has already shipped to us from our supplier(s), unfortunately, your order is non-cancelable.

 Shipping 

  • No refunds for carrier transit delays.
  • For Canada FedEx shipping, additional fees are not included.
  • In-stock items ship within 3 business days.
  • Need same-day shipping? Call us for FedEx Express Saver, 2-Day, or Overnight.
  • Out-of-stock items ship within 10-15 business days.
  • All orders ship complete and we can split-ship for an additional fee.
  • Lost packages have specific procedures (FedEx and USPS) outlined below.
  • International shipping rates exclude additional fees, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, products with crating fees, weight restrictions, or porcelain items. The customer is responsible for any customs charges with importing the goods into their country.

  Lost Packages 

  • Contact us if your package hasn't been scanned for 2 business days.
  • If your package is delivered but isn't in your hands, check with your neighbors first. 

 Undeliverable Packages 

  • Refused or undeliverable packages have a $10 return handling fee and re-shipping fee.

 Faucets

  • Return unused faucets in their original packaging within two weeks.
  • Email us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
  • A minimum 20% restocking fee may apply.

 All Parts Are Final Sale 

  • Check with us first before ordering any non-returnable parts.

 Replaced Items 

  • If your part is no longer available and is replaced by a new item we will notify you.

 Defective Products 

  • Email us photos/videos and your order number to report defects within 1 week of delivery.

 Warranties 

  • Email us for warranty claims. We'll guide you in the right direction.

 Missing Items 

  • Report missing items within 72 hours of delivery.

 Returns 

  • Request an RGA by contacting our customer service team.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for a refund, with a minimum 20% restocking fee.

 Refunds 

  • Refunds take 2-5 business days.
  • Refund checks will be issued at our discretion

 Other Info 

  • Orders over $100 may require a FedEx signature.
  • Large items or quantities may incur additional shipping fees.
  • International orders are not eligible for "Free Shipping."
