I ordered a new faucet from you. I reviewed it promptly. I opened it and found a nasty scratch on the chrome cover. I have emailed you but have not received a response. I did however received this email asking for a review. I have tried calling you, but when I push 2 for customer service, I get disconnected. My daughter has an older home with Metal American Standard Kitchen Cabinets. The kitchen sink matches the cabinets, is in good shape, & has a cut-out in the backsplash for the faucets. It has American Kitchens faucets & appears to have been designed for them. She has had the cabinets repainted & plans to maintain the decor. But the faucet set was leaking at the hot valve stem. I found the exact replacement on your website, ordered the set, & it was delivered within about 3 working days to my daughter's home in Beckley, WV. Great Service!

My purchase was out of stock, but as soon as it was available, it was shipped to me. I received a personal email after my order that was 100% accurate about when the faucet would be available. Arrived in perfect shape, right when expected.

I saw this review from someone else that there were no instructions on how to attach the sprayer hose to the fixture. I think it is missing a part or the wrong fixture body is included. Hopefully there will be good customer support to fix this, but for now the faucet cannot be installed.

Was happy to find a quality replacement slant back faucet for my customers American Kitchens sink unit at their summer camp. Faucet was vertually identical to original, and customer was delighted to have the spray.

Bought American Kitchens subkit for our Raymond Loewy 50s kitchen. Kit is from a very good quality. Metal plate (no plastic). Thanks to the Chicago shoppe for the very fast shipping.

The price was good compared to amazon however there were no instructions on where to install diverter for spray nozzle
