This rebuild kit was hard to identify because the shower faucet was so old. Chicagofaucetshoppe was instrumental in identifying and purchasing the rebuild kit. We had looked in our local area at every store including a supposed expert old style plumbery but didn't find it. Chicagofaucetshoppe had to back order our part and gave us a date of delivery. They actually delivered several months earlier than stated. So glad because it meant saving our present shower stall from digging out the old valve. Thanks for the good customer service.
