I used my only other American Standard flapper to repair my American Standard toilet. I bought these to have them available if I needed them The flapper in the toilet was a generic flapper that had failed. It didn't hold a seal. The American Standard fit my American Standard toilet perfectly. Chicago Faucet was where the 1st American Standard flapper was bought and the ones I bought in October 2020 came quickly. They are hanging in the garage awaiting a need.
