Needed this flush valve for my 20 yo toilet and the big boxes didn’t have them. Found CFS and spoke to a phone rep who suggested I send a picture so their tech could validate my model and replacement part. Ordered and a few days later it arrived. Valve had the required plastic fitting /tool so the replacement took all of 5 minutes. Great experience!

Part was perfect. Unfortunately, it didn't fix my problem.

The item arrived as expected, was easy to install and corrected the problem. I felt comfortable with the unseen purchase because I was able to email a picture of the defective part and the supplier told me exactly what part was required to replace it. This was especially helpful considering that replacement parts for this toilet do not exist within a few hundred miles of where I live in Southern Ohio. Even the American Standard company could not provide replacement parts. If you are considering ordering from Chicago faucet shop, then do so. If you have any questions take a picture, send it to them and talk to them on the phone.

You cannot find standard replacements to fix these toilets. Plus you need the little plastic tool to get the old one out. This was exactly what we needed, price was great and shipping prompt. The descriptions of the parts online are a big help.

Box came WITHOUT the Ewriter which is pretty much what the product is about. My granddaughter was pretty upset after excitedly opening up the box to find that the item was useless.

We have an American Standard toilet in our home which is both tank, and bowl integrated into one piece. Finding the right part, the flush valve, was crucial. The only way I found it was through Chicago Faucet Shoppe. It was easy to install, and came with the tool to install it.
