Poor customer service responses
I ordered a part on 3/29. I emailed customer service on 4/4 for an update. Angelina Rosa responded to me saying the item was out of stock and estimates the item will arrive in 7-10 business days. She said as soon as the warehouse receives the item a tracking number will be emailed to me. I never received a tracking number after 10 business days. I emailed again on 4/20 and finally received confirmation that my part arrived at their warehouse. I don't think I would have received my part, let alone in a timely manner, if I didn't follow-up with the rep. I wouldn't recommend this supplier unless you're okay with do more leg work than necessary.
