The transaction went well and the price for the part was reasonable. Would recommend more shipping choices (i.e. USPS) to reduce shipping cost when time is not a factor.

This part is as expected - unfortunately it is the weakest link in a $90+ kitchen counter sink dispenser. I've had to replace it several times. It is not a universal piece and therefore not readily available everywhere. I am happy Chicago Faucet had them in stock. Shipping cost is 2x that of the product cost however this seems to be a trend throughout the US lately - so I suggest ordering extras.
