Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the only online vendor I could find that could correctly identify the part I needed and had the part stock. Kudos! Unfortunately, their website advised that there may be a delay in shipping due to "covid" and they were correct! It took 3 weeks for them to ship my part. I have no idea what the "covid" situation is with Chicago Faucet but I have not experienced a "covid" related shipping delay with other vendors (foreign or domestic) since May. I hope all of you at Chicago Faucet get well and are able return your operations back to normal soon.
