Angelina was wonderful to deal with. She found the items needed and shipped them to me quickly two times. Everything was correct and work perfectly.

I installed it and it will not shut the water off. Put the old stem back in and it shut the water off. I tried the new stem again and it will not work. Put the old stem back in and it worked with an occasional drip. The stems look the same. At a loss as to why it won't work.

We have had a long battle to find replacement parts or Kohler fittings only 25 years old fitted in our property....31 two sets. Kohler have not even returned a call or email but Chicago faucets replied immediately with excellent advice and went out of their way to expedite trial parts that fit. we are so pleased
