Just happy to find the product that I needed. My plumber here in the Detroit area was unable to find the parts for my repair. Not only was I able to find/purchase from Chicago Faucet, I was able to do the repair work myself and not have to pay a plumber to do the j My only complaint could be that it took longer to get the kit than I would have thought.. However I did find out that the part was not in stock and therefore you had to order it also. All in all, I'm totally happy to have found the part and have installed it myself with no problems.

I have three great Case/Briggs toilets that were installed in 1979. They're very reliable, but not perfect. Fortunately for me, Chicago Faucet stocks the parts. They had exactly what I needed, got them to me very quickly, and enabled me to pacify a very upset wife.
