Had an excellent experience, both in ordering and in the product. I was able to install them myself (saving a ton of $) and was very pleased to be able to get rid of the old ones. Very spiffy. The agent I spoke with kindly explained the product code, so I didn't by 4 hot or 4 cold handles instead of 2 of each!!
