I am very happy with the service and knowledge that the Chicago Faucet Shoppe has given me to fix my wife's kitchen sink faucet.

Fantastic faucet for 15 yrs. After a slow leak for 30 days from the hot handle the Chicago customer service delivered two new ones (one cold). 30 minutes of careful screw driver/wrench work and both hot and cold are good as new. 10 for 10 will buy Chicago Faucet products. Sincerely, Walter

The cartridges work well. This is the third time I have replaced them. The Chicago fawcett is about 13 yrs old. My plumber tells me that these days faucets come with a lifetime guarantee and that replacement cartridges are free. I feel cheated to say the least. Thank you, Mary Power

Why didn’t I do this a long time ago? The drop in cartridge fixed my leak (of course) and now they turn on and off effortlessly. Oh so smooth. Very quick delivery after the order. Seamless ordering process. My friend who helped said he had never seen such a high quality cartridge system. Chicago Faucets are my favorite.
