The valve I ordered was great, and good customer service but it took 6 days for them to ship it.

The Chicago Faucet ceramic cartridge works well in my nearly 30-year old faucet. I decided to replace the entire cartridge rather than fix the old one. Also, I wanted to reverse the direction of operation by getting a "hot" cartridge instead of "cold", which works better in my configuration. I decided to order the ceramic cartridge rather than the Quaturn XT compression-style cartridge. The ceramic version should last much longer than the compression-style. Either one is advertised to be a direct replacement for my old cartridge. It installed easily, and works perfectly. After shopping the parts on the web, I ordered the cartridge (along with a few other parts) from Chicago Faucet Shoppe. It was easy to find the parts, prices were competitive, shipping costs were reasonable, and they had full contact information on the website. Order shipped the next day via USPS, very well packaged.
