weak service
When I entered a PO Box for shipping I saw no indication that these folks do not ship to PO boxes. It wasn't until two weeks later when I still had not gotten any indication of shipment I contacted them. It was only then that they told me I needed to provide them with a physical address. Your customer service could use a tune-up. Oh, the product was exactly as expected. They got that part right anyway. I give the part five stars.
