Wrong item shipped - Horrible Customer Service
I ordered 8 of these items over a 3 week time span. In 1 of my orders, I was supposed to receive 4 of these parts. Instead, I got 3 of the correct part and 1 similar but incorrect part. I tried getting the part replaced with no luck. Multiple calls and emails to no avail. $75 down the drain and a delayed project completion date to boot. Nothing wrong with the part, just don't order it from this company!
