Replaced the existing 540 faucet with the new one. Fit perfectly. I reused the existing 12” articulated spout instead of the new 6” spout. Fit perfectly. Only 4 stars because the handles say made in China.

We have a farm house built in 1885. Locating items for plumbing projects is always a challenge. The Chicago faucets in our kitchen and “mud room” where easily installed and function amazingly well while maintaining the character of the house.

I needed a wall mounted kitchen faucet replaced on a home that was built 1955. I called a “reputable “ plumbing company that wanted to fleece me for $965.00 for the privilege to install a new faucet for me. The plumber did mention that he was going to install a Chicago 540-LDABCP. So I sent Him on his way . I looked online since it seems that nobody in San Diego seems to sell these quality products. So I went to the source and contacted you guys. I forget the gentleman’s name that I was dealing with but he was on the ball and courteous. I asked him if he could send it out ASAP. He promised he’d get it out as soon as he could but couldn’t say it was today or not. Lo and behold, he sent it out when I received it in a few days. Yesterday I Install the Faucet and it works great. Thank you for courteous and professional, prompt service and quality products.The old adage is true. You get what you pay for. And Chicago products are definitely worth their weight in gold! Thanks again!
