You are asking me to review a product that I never received even though I ordered it over a month ago, you shipped it to the wrong address, then failed to contact me about it. I don't know what kind of company you are running, but I find it pretty hard to fathom.

The shower head allows smooth adjustments from soft stream to finer spray. Replacing old units since this one feels so much better.
