My mom is handicapped & we've gone nuts trying to find a faucet that would allow her to not only turn the water on & off; but also to change the heat or not of the water. These items are few & far between in the household items world but we never even thought about the medical side of the house & we first saw it at Orlando Regional Medical Center & then in an article in the Food Network Magazine talking about items that you could get to match the things in Guy Fieri's new kitchen.
