I was sent what looked like the incorrect part (writing on part was incorrect) so I called for clarification. I sent them a picture and they responded in a few hours with expert advice and I was able to repair my 2 leaking faucets. It was so nice to actually talk to a human, and have them knowledgeable enough to help. I will use Chicago Faucet Shoppe again, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Since Cifial is no longer operating in the U.S., I had a very difficult time finding a replacement cartridge for one of their older bathroom faucets. Chicago Faucet was great in helping me verify they had the correct replacement and they shipped it to me within days. I'd definitely patronize Chicago Faucet again...

I opted to call Chicago Faucet and the woman on the other end of the line was knowledgeable and friendly. Especially if you are not sure about what you see online, definitely give them a call.

The cartridge is fine but I only ordered one of these and received two. This is for the cold spigot. Fortunately one of the faucets I was fixing has a symmetrical handle so I was able to substitute the cold cartridge on the hot side. The product is fine, the order was wrong.
