I have a beautiful old Crane tub spout which was almost certainly original to my house, built between 1925 and 1939. The packing in the faucet handles was needing to be replaced more and more often, and I found these replacement parts online. I talked to the company beforehand and sent them a picture of my old parts, and they verified that these new ones would fit, which was helpful. The quality seemed good, they are heavy and substantial, and the fit was good. The only issue was that my plumber said it would have been helpful if they had sent a part he called a packing gland nipple, which holds the decorative escutcheon on. He had to take that one off of the old parts, and said it was almost impossible to remove, so one star was taken off the review for that.

Very happy with my purchase, fit perfectly, was a very hard item to find and thought we were never going to find it when we got turned on to this company and they had exactly what we needed and it worked perfectly! Very happy, great price and shipped super fast and was packed great!
