I'm in Idaho and found your business on a vintage kitchen and bathroom Facebook group. I have old Crane fixtures throughout my 1949 house and most plumbers tell me to replace everything. Well Andrew immediately answered my questions and asked me to post photos of my Dial Ease kitchen faucet. He told me which parts I needed just by a photo! I ordered what I needed directly on their web site. Got an immediate confirmation email and they arrived with in a week. Thank you Andrew! Works perfectly, but I got the wrong one. I should have gotten 2 hot valves so the handles worked like the old ones, now one is in the opposite direction

I'm not sure if the sink dates from 1950 like the house but it is so old several plumbers looked at it and said "I doubt you can find parts for that". You had them in stock and when I received them had them changed out in 30 minutes. Thanks

Was simple screw in replacement for very old Crane faucet in a house built in 1929.

This is for an old sink and has hard to find pieces but this company had them and I was very satisfied with the product and the service
