Chicago faucet Shoppe was great. They were prompt in shipping. I have no issues with CFS. Dornbracht and my dealer separately recommended this part number as a replacement for my original hose that had a leak. The original had a metalic cover which gave it weight that was needed to keep the faucet head in place. Unfortunately, this replacement is all plastic and without weight. While the leakage stopped now the faucet head was hanging half way down in a limp way and not functional.
