Fedex have not been reliable .
I think Chicago Facet Shoppe did a great job getting the part to Australia quickly however 15 days after leaving Chicago via Fedex i have still not received. Its seems the package is sitting in some FEDEX warehouse in Sydney now for 10 days. No status updates not email advices . Having paid quite a lot of courier charges i have still not received what is a critical component for me. FEDEX Have key you down big time. Sorry but cannot rate overall experience well.
