Came fast with all needed parts works fine Franke 2-023 SILICONE TUBE REPAIR KIT

I needed to replace the tube on my Franke hot water dispenser after 7 years. I have to say that it was not easy to find this hose until I found it on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe web site. I received the hose in a few days and happy to say my hot water unit is up and running!

The old hose seemed to fall apart from the inside-out and from nearest to the heater. So, I still had 6" of good hose to splice into. Thanks to Chicago Faucet Shoppe for offering this kit.

I love my Franke hot and cold dispenser. Use it daily, sometimes hourly. When the warranty ran out and the tank started leaking, I turned to Chicago faucet shoppe for the part. Website is easy to order the correct part. Delivery took two or three days to Seattle. Bonus: the parts came with directions for installation...in English! Fantastic service. Will order again.

When I finally found where I could purchase the correct Silicone size tubing. I jumped for JOY! I called CH-CAGO FAUCET SHOPPE and placed an order as soon as possible.
