My Franke sprayhead leaked when in use. I needed at least one, perhaps two rubber O-rings and the sprayhead was about 12 years old and the spray was beginning to lack force. The local hardware source had rings but they were too fat. I elected to replace the sprayhead. I chose Chicago Faucet Shoppe because they had the best price and a range of shipping options .

My order shipped promptly and we were able to install the replacement faucet within a week. The product was just as expected and we are happy to have a faucet that no longer leaks!!
