my faucet purchase
I ordered my faucet, received the correct model and successfully installed it. My only complaint- is the no return policy, it a customer orders the wrong item. It would have been a waste to spend $38.00 and not be able to return /exchange. So my advice to customer's, make sure you know the exact part number before you order.

Worked perfectly
As good as the original Franke valve. The customer service is outstanding. Great overall experience.

faucet stem replacement
I had a great deal of trouble finding this part for a Franke water purifier, so it was nice that Chicago Faucet had the part. The part came without any installation instructions, and when I called for advice, the on-line technician could offer no help at all. I also could not find any installation instructions on-line or on You Tube - for this I blame the manufactuter. My instalation did not work and so basically I am out $35.
