As a Canadian I inquired about shipping to Canada. I received a prompt reply indicating that Chicago Faucet had the part but also that they shipped to Canada quoting the UPS rate. I therefore ordered the part, received confirmation and a shipping and tracking notice. Part arrived in four days. Excellent, professional service. Highly recommended.
