We remodeled our kitchen in 2009 and had a Franke faucet installed. We needed to replace the spray head due to years of use and buildup of calcium deposits. I've tried using decalcifying products to remove these deposits but eventually the spray head just needs to be replaced. The faucet we have has been discontinued but works perfectly, but the sprayed is impossible to find. That is, until I tried Chicago Faucett Shoppe! I called to see if it was remotely possible that they had one, and was told by the call agent that yes indeed, they could get one for me. Hurray! It arrived after a short wait and functions beautifully! Thanks Chicago Faucet! You're the place to go for hard-to-find faucet parts!
