Replacement part didn’t fit
Franke instant hot water valve apparently had been changed before being discontinued. I had a long conversation with a very nice customer service person who ended up selling me the wrong part. Apparently the replacement part for my model is no longer available anywhere. I took it apart and changed out every O ring (quite an undertaking in the hardware store) and fixed the thing so it doesn’t leak any more. I wish somebody along the way had suggested that fix.

FR9103 HOT VALVE Little Butler
My Little Butler must be really old. The replacement part won’t work. I did not take mine apart before ordering the part…my bad. Not there fault. They were quick in shipping. Can’t blame them. All parts are non returnable. Bummer.

They got it right!
The handle on my little butler was leaking and getting corroded. I contacted Chicago faucet and with the help of an employee I believe name Elaine, she found the correct replacement part and sent it to me. I know nothing about plumbing but from my elementary description, she was able to find the valve I needed. I appreciate her research.

Franke Little Butler Parts
Almost 18 years after a complete kitchen remodel, my instahot Franke Little Butler started to leak. I went online to locate replacement parts, and I found exactly what I needed on the Chicago Faucet site. After ordering the cold water valve, I decided to also get the hot water valve replacement kit. I called, and they had both in stock, added the second valve kit to my order, and I had the parts a week after my initial order. I couldn’t be happier with the products and the service!

Replacement valves for Franke LB2000 faucet
Nice quality valves though very expensive. Clear instructions luckily since there are subtle differences between the hot and cold valves. Also important to get the lever inner covers the correct way round with the "gap" at the front. Fairly easy to install and yeah! No further leak!

Part was what I ordered
I can't complain. Chicago Faucet delivered what I ordered at a price that was more than fair. My problem was I ordered the wrong part. I would order from these folks again. You should too but be better about what you order.
