The parts arrived as described. It turns out the parts were on back order, but the website and Chicago Faucet Shoppe did not inform me until I had not heard any updates and called the store. They told me that the parts were on back order and it would be about 3-weeks from the time I ordered until they arrived.

Tried universal gaskets from 3 big box stores. All “looked” like they would work but the gerber toilet said no. Ordering the exact replacement was the only fix. If I had to do it again, I would’ve looked on the inside of the tank for the stamp of the name and number of manufacturer and order parts specific to that toilet. I spent too much time researching this info.
