After doing extensive search on the internet for a replacement lever for my Ultra Flush toilet I eventually came across this site and boy am I glad I did. The price was a bit on an expensive side because of shipping costs. But, it didn't take long for the item to arrive and it fit like a glove. It only took me 12 years to fix the toilet!!!

Chicago Faucet Shoppe had exactly the right handle (Product Gerber 99-564 Tank Lever LH Metal Arm for Ultra Flush 28-390, Flushmate I Series, Chrome) to make our Gerber Ultra Flush functional again. The lady at customer service even went to look at the handles to be able to answer my question about them. They seem to me like the supply houses of old who have everything in stock and are really anxious to make their customers happy.
