I called regarding a limited stocked grohe clip ring that has been discontinued by grohe. I search everywhere an no one had it or I ordered and my order was cancelled due to lack of availability. Chicago Faucet Shoppe customer rep said they had two and let's order them now over the phone so that we could lock them in. I did, I received my order #, created an account online few days later and sure enough I found my order and could track status. Parts received within a week from Fed Ex ground.
