Slow Shipping
Got exactly what I ordered. The item cost $9.00 with $8.00 "Shipping and Handling." Despite being charged almost as much for shipping as for the actual product it was 11 days after I placed the order before it arrived.

Replacement Rubber Button Cover
Old rubber cover had cracked after repeated use. Thankful to find an exact replacement from Chicago Faucet Shoppe. MUCH cheaper than replacing the faucet. It took a long time to ship from their supplier, but worth the wait.
