I needed to find a shower hose to replace one that I purchased 7 years ago. Looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Then I went to the Chicago Faucet Shoppe website and noticed their suggestion to send a photo to help with finding an item. Did that and got a reply right away. The replacement hose works perfectly. Now I know where to go to buy plumbing parts.
