Parts were fine, but I waited over a week for my parts to ship without any updates and had to follow-up to find out half my order was not in stock. I would've preferred better communications. Also, Chicago Faucet Shoppe's terms are very aggressive and unfriendly to customers and I would not buy from here again knowing what their return policy/etc. is now.
