These folks are the real deal in our age of online shopping. We needed a sprayer piece for our kitchen sink and I was uncertain what part was required. The Faucet Shoppe's customer service not only helped me identify the correct part and color but also were helpful after our purchase when I had a question about the installation. Needed to replace a spray head on my kitchen faucet. The web site is great, but had a customer service question about the right type of spray head. They answered my question via email in one day and I ordered the same day. I used email to communicate with Chicago Faucet and they found the faucet I needed quickly, but I noticed the finish was wrong. Another email and that got fixed and I made the purchase, thinking I could return it if I needed to. I didn't need to -- the faucet that came was exactly the one I wanted. But my experience with Chicago Faucet had convinced me that even if it had not been quite right, doing a return or replacement would not be a problem. It's nice to have that kind of confidence when you shop online. Tom
