Originally ordered part from another online retailer as it was $20 cheaper, but after a month of waiting and multiple phone calls was finally told part was on back-order and they had no idea when it would be available. Took another 2 weeks to get a refund. In contrast when ordered from CFS the next business day received both an email telling me part was on back-order AND a personal phone call asking if I still wanted to make the purchase since it would be 40 days before part was expected as shipping from Germany. You get what you pay for - they know their business well and show true concern for their clients. If I ever need another plumbing part this will be first place I look.

Our Grohe kitchen faucet head starting making noises and the spray button would not work after a year and a half. I called Grohe to get a replacement faucet head. They told me it would take 2 months to arrive. I searched and found the part on Chicago Faucet Shoppe for a reasonable price. I called to confirm availability and ordered via their web site. The part shipped the next day and arrived 4 days later in California. It looks great and functions perfectly; much better than the original when it was new.

It was quite easy to find the correct replacement part (Grohe 46875NDO pull out faucet head) on the Chicago Faucet Shoppe website, and customer support was very helpful over the phone. The faucet head works perfectly!

This was the best price I saw for the finish I needed, and took about 3 minutes to install. Annoying buzz from "half spray, half stream" gone.
