Found what I needed - replacement part for an older model faucet

When I sent my email to customer service about a part not listed on their website they got back to me right away. Said they could get it and were realistic in the ETA. The price was the lowest and their reputation gave me the comfort level in make the final purchase. The part was received in prestine condition and I had it installed in under 5 minutes. I am thankful this company has an online presence as without them I would have had to pay a lot more for a full faucet replacement as even the faucet company did not have the part listed for seperate purchase.
