I received the wrong item. I was sent a handle that attaches to an obsolete version of the joy stick cartridge for the Hamat Ergo faucet. Hamat only sells the new version of the carriage but for whatever reason only shops out the older version of the handle. The folks at Chicago Faucet Shoppe were helpful to the point of looking into the situation but neither resolved it nor issued me a refund. So, this was just a tremendous waste of time and, sadly, money. I want my money back.
