Found my Hansgrohe shower handle on this website in chrome. Could only find the brushed nickel version on Amazon, and it was even more expensive! The replacement came in from Chicago Faucet, and fits perfectly. We now have full temperature control again! The temp control on the old handle froze up due to calcium buildup.

I googled to look for my broken older Hansgrohe shower handle, and Chicogo Faucet Shoppe not only has it in stock, and the price is unbeatable. After shipping, which is pretty high, it is still cheaper than local/national wide retailer. They did use reliable shipper, so that is good. I contacted the shop to see if I can get another part in the same order to save shipping. They let me know I can but may need to wait for the out-of-stock part. I decided against getting it, since it was a nice to replace but not necessary at the moment. I could not believe I can talk to a person without phone menu game. It is amazing! They are helpful and knowledgeable. I 'd definitely do business with them again. Thanks!
