My Hansgrohe shower multi function handle required replacement. Just plain wear and tear was the cause of failure. I spent over two hours on the internet searching. Lo and behold Chicago faucet listed the part, I ordered it immediately. Working with customer service they explained the part would be shipped from Germany in 3-4 months. I am patient, made temporary repairs to the old handle. The new handle arrived last week, fit form and function was 100%. Just have to understand “legacy parts” are tough to find be patient.

The part I needed was discontinued and scarce. These fine folks saved the day. I would have had to spend thousands for all new shower plumbing in the absence of the part.

Easy to order this product that is not so easy to find. Price was very good. Customer service was very responsive to my inquiry. Delivery time was as expected. Packaged and delivered right to my front door. Great!
