I had looked everywhere on the net for weeks to no avail. Took another run at it a few months later and came across CFS. They showed it in their on-line catalog so I ordered one. I received a communication shortly thereafter that it was temporarily out of stock and expected within a few weeks. Sure enough, it showed up in about a month. Not only was the unusual part found and delivered but their follow-up and follow-thru were perfect! Kudos to Chicago Faucet Shop!!!
