Took a while for my order to be delivered as one item was not in tock and had to be ordered, but customer service kept me updated as to when to expect shipping. I was apprehensive at first due to the negative reviews but all the items delivered were correct and in good condition, though one box was slightly crushed. Happy overall, thank you!

Quality part, good shipping

I did receive the item I ordered, but time from the date of order to the date of receipt was nearly three weeks for an in-stock item (by FedEx from IL to GA) and the item was poorly packed and loose in the bag when I received it. I'm not impressed with the experience.
