All three purchased items easily fit into a 4" x 6" box, smaller than the USPS Priority Small Box ($8+). I initially was going to order 2 items, but increased to 3 for my convenience. My shipping went from $10+ to $15+, which is clearly higher than competition and is excessive. At a minimum, I should be refunded $6. Total weight less than 8 ounces. TY

My plumber and hardware stores could not help me. I was told to by a new faucet. I called Maria. She had be send a picture of the cartridge. She got back to be in under five minutes. I had the part in 36 hours and fixed huckmy. Ask for Maria. She is great

I originally had trouble identifying the correct replacement cartridges for 30 year old Harden faucets. I sent a pix with dimensions. These Chicago guys identified the correct product and e-mailed me back within the hour. I placed my order and received them within 3 days. Now I live in Canada.....nothing gets here within 3 days.
